How guided applications work
You provide accurate profile information, target roles, locations, and preferences. The system finds supported opportunities, checks for duplicates, and presents matches for your review before submission.
A job match is a recommendation, not a promise that the employer will consider or select the application.

When the assistant pauses
Automation should stop when a safe, verified answer is unavailable or when a human-only step appears. Passwords, CAPTCHAs, assessments, attestations, legal consent, and sensitive questions may require you to take over.
Closed jobs, duplicates, unsupported portals, failed attempts, and skipped opportunities do not count as verified completed applications.
Keep every submission truthful
Your résumé and profile should reflect your real work history, education, credentials, authorization, and preferences. Reusable answers are appropriate only when the question and facts remain the same.
Review application recaps and report incorrect information promptly. Never provide account passwords or ask the assistant to misrepresent qualifications.
What the service cannot control
