Application assistance
ResumeJobFit may help identify jobs, prepare accurate materials, detect duplicate opportunities, and complete supported application workflows after customer approval. A recorded submission confirms only that application information was transmitted or acknowledged; it does not confirm that an employer will review it, consider the applicant qualified, or continue the hiring process.
Customer and employer responsibility
Customers must keep their information accurate, respond to employer communications, participate in assessments or interviews, and demonstrate their own qualifications. Hiring organizations independently establish requirements and make all screening, interview, compensation, offer, and employment decisions. ResumeJobFit does not act for or influence those organizations.
Hiring decisions are outside our control
Employers make independent decisions based on factors that may include qualifications, competition, timing, internal candidates, location, compensation, assessments, references, background checks, work authorization, and business needs. ResumeJobFit does not control those decisions.
ATS and match language
ATS systems differ by employer and can change without notice. Any statement that a document is “ATS-friendly,” any match percentage, or any keyword assessment is an estimate or formatting guideline—not certification, employer data, or a prediction of success.

You must review each document for accuracy, completeness, tone, and suitability before use. Do not submit a statement you cannot truthfully explain or support during an interview or verification process.
