1. Agreement and eligibility
By submitting a request or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the AI-Assisted Tailoring Disclosure, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. You must be legally able to enter a contract or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Services
ResumeJobFit provides personalized résumé or CV tailoring, application-material support, interview-preparation guides, job matching, and supported application-submission assistance. Document orders generally cover one target role or job description unless stated otherwise. Application credits cover only submissions confirmed as completed by the service. Document-delivery timing is separate from application-submission volume and timing.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share.
- Review every final document before using or submitting it.
- Do not ask us to invent credentials, employment, education, achievements, licenses, or metrics.
- Do not upload passwords, banking information, government identification numbers, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, discrimination, or unlawful activity.
4. Quotes, payment, and work start
A request is not an accepted order until ResumeJobFit confirms the scope, price, and expected timeline. Work begins after payment is confirmed. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-processor charges may apply where disclosed.
5. Revisions and delivery
Paid document orders are delivered within 24 hours after verified payment and receipt of complete, usable customer information, including weekends. If clarification, missing files, a technical issue, or an unusual request prevents completion in that period, ResumeJobFit will contact the customer with an updated timeline. Unless a service description states otherwise, one reasonable revision is included when requested within seven calendar days after delivery. A revision adjusts the delivered work within the original scope; a different job description, role, service, or substantial new information may require a new order.
6. Ownership and permitted use
You retain ownership of the accurate personal and professional information you provide. After full payment, you may use the final deliverable for your personal job search. ResumeJobFit retains ownership of its methods, prompts, processes, templates, branding, and general know-how. You may not resell or redistribute the service as a competing product.
7. No employer relationship or representation
ResumeJobFit is an independent career-support service. We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, law firm, immigration adviser, educational institution, or representative of any company named in a job posting.
8. Application authorization and credits
You authorize ResumeJobFit to prepare and attempt submission only for jobs you select or approve. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your profile and answers. We do not bypass logins, CAPTCHAs, assessments, security controls, or employer safeguards. A credit is used only when a submission is recorded as completed and supported by a confirmation page, application identifier, or matched confirmation message. Failed, unsupported, skipped, closed, and blocked duplicate attempts do not use a credit. Employers may change or remove postings at any time.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
Services are provided using reasonable professional care, but ATS systems, employers, hiring practices, and job postings vary. ResumeJobFit helps present accurate experience and organize the application process; the customer must respond to employers and perform in interviews. Hiring organizations independently control screening, interviews, offers, compensation, and all employment decisions. We do not guarantee ATS passage, recruiter review, interviews, offers, compensation, employment, or any particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeJobFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
10. Suspension, changes, and disputes
We may decline or stop work involving prohibited, misleading, unsafe, or unlawful content and will address any refund under the Refund Policy. We may update these Terms prospectively. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve a dispute through written notice.
