1. Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small values stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. ResumeJobFit uses them only for the purposes described below.
2. Essential storage
Essential storage supports security, fraud prevention, checkout handoff, account or owner sessions, and remembering your privacy choices. It cannot be disabled through our preference panel because some site functions would stop working. Payment pages operated by Stripe may set their own essential cookies when you visit Stripe.
3. Optional first-party analytics
If you select Analytics or Accept all, ResumeJobFit records limited first-party visit information such as the page path, referring page, campaign tags, and a temporary session identifier. This helps measure unique visits and improve the site. Analytics does not begin until you opt in, and it is not used to follow you across unrelated websites.
4. Marketing and targeted advertising
ResumeJobFit does not currently use targeted-advertising cookies or sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Marketing preference is provided so your choice is already recorded if those tools are introduced later. We would update this policy and request any consent required before activating them.
Email marketing is separate from cookie consent. Promotional email is sent only when you select an optional, unchecked email-marketing box, and each promotional message includes an unsubscribe option.
5. Service providers
Hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical logs necessary to deliver and protect the site. Stripe controls cookies on its checkout pages under its own policies. Email delivery and AI-processing providers do not receive permission to place marketing cookies on ResumeJobFit through this preference panel.
6. Change your choices
Use the Cookie choices button at the bottom of any page to accept or reject optional categories. Clearing browser storage may reset your selection. You can also restrict cookies through your browser, although blocking essential storage may affect checkout or account features.
7. Updates
We may update this policy if the site adds or changes browser-storage technologies. Material changes will be reflected here before optional tracking is activated where consent is required.
