1. How AI may be used
ResumeJobFit may use AI-assisted tools to compare your résumé with a job description, identify relevant themes and terminology, organize information, produce an initial draft or editing suggestions, and provide narrated educational walkthroughs. AI supports the service; it does not independently decide whether you qualify for a job. Voices used in narrated walkthroughs may be AI-generated.
2. Human review
AI-assisted. Human-verified. Every completed document is reviewed for accuracy, formatting, readability, and job alignment before it is delivered. Human review reduces risk but cannot eliminate every error, so customers should still confirm that all personal facts are correct before use.
3. Accuracy and no fabrication
We instruct our process not to invent experience, employers, education, credentials, licenses, achievements, or performance figures. We may reframe truthful information and align terminology with a job posting. You are responsible for confirming that every statement accurately reflects your background before submitting it to an employer.
4. Your information and third-party tools
Providing the service may require sending relevant résumé and job-description text to a third-party AI provider. We aim to share only what is necessary and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Do not upload information you would not want processed for the service. Handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Fairness and limitations
AI can reflect limitations or bias in training data. ResumeJobFit does not use protected characteristics to assess job suitability and does not promise an objective hiring probability or universal ATS score. Any match language is guidance, not an employer decision or guarantee.
6. Your control
You may ask questions about material edits and use your included revision to correct or refine the document within the original scope. If you do not want AI-assisted tools used, state that in Special instructions before paying; we will confirm whether a non-AI service can be offered.
